This calculator analyzes population growth projections in order to determine the proportions of existing vs. new population for 2030, 2040 and 2050 planning horizons. This information is useful when considering the new infrastructure requirements for growth and can be applied within the mitigation model to develop strategies which target existing or new infrastructure.

Please enter the particpation targets for the retrofit program as well as target emissions savings for retrofits. Generally, Deep Energy Efficiency Retrofits can obtain 30% to 50% emissions savings without additional fuel switching. This will be relative to your performance of your baseline buildings.
